What age are the teepees suited for?

The teepees are recommended for 5yrs and up. The standard mattresses are 160cm long so please get in touch if a longer bed is required.

What space is required for the teepees?

Each teepee requires 120 x 165 cm and an additional 58 x 37cm for the breakfast tray in front, although this can be put at the end of the bed if space is limited. We can arrange the teepees in any formation to fit the space you have. If you are unsure if they will fit then please let us know the size of the space and we will work it out ahead of booking.

What space is required for the luxe picnic table?

The table is 180 x 70cm, so ideally 1m at each long side for adults (180 x 270cm) but a little less for children. It can be setup inside or out.

What time do you setup and collect?

There isn’t a set time, although we would normally setup the teepees in the afternoon and collect in the morning. We will contact you the week leading up to the event to agree a suitable time.

Where can you deliver to? 

We can deliver within a 10 mile radius of SL7 2AZ in Marlow Buckinghamshire and beyond this for £1 per mile.

When is payment required? 

A security deposit of £60 is required to secure a sleepover booking and will be refunded within 3 days of the event, minus any charge for missing or damaged items. A security deposit of £30 per picnic table. The full event fee will need to be paid 10 days prior to the event.

What is the cancellation policy?

The security deposit is non-refundable if you cancel but we will make every effort to change to a suitable date.

What if I change my mind and want a different theme?

We will ask for you to advise the theme and numbers at the time of booking but you can request to amend either of these up to 10 days prior to the event. We will endeavour to make the changes if themes and/or teepees/tables are available.

How are the teepees cleaned between parties?

All bedding is freshly laundered for each party and all hard surfaces are cleaned using an antibacterial solution.

Can the teepees be used outside? 

No as they aren't waterproof, however we are looking to offer outdoor bell tent parties in the Spring which can be slept in.

Do you have insurance?   

Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance. Please ask if you require a copy of our certificate.
